The perfect summer hideaway?

This is the first of four Swedish summerhouses by Sandell Sandberg. It's situated on the beautiful island Gotland on the Swedish east coast. Stunning, isn't it?

The house is built to recess into the natural environment. All material are produced locally on the island.
The exterior materials are oiled or green painted pine with steel detailing.
Inside, the walls and floors are white washed. The open fireplace is made of concrete and limestone. The material in the sleeping area is oiled masonite panels.
