While visiting a friend's summerhouse some weeks ago, I fell in love with her waxed table cloth, while preparing dinner.
The pattern is called Picknick and was designed by Marianne Westman in the 1950s. Scandinavian Modern at its best!
I have inherited several items of the original serving dishes (not shown here). Now I'm thinking of getting some new trays. And maybe the table cloth too?
The pattern is now also printed on coasters and tea towels. What's your pick?
